Some concoctions need special ingredients

Just like our Kyoto cocktail that has been created specifically to fit the Ginger and Yuzu notes found in Etsu Gin, a product coming from the Asahikawa Distillery in the island of Hokkaido, Japan.

With this cocktail we have embodied different flavours and ingredients commonly found in japanese cuisine, with the objective of taking you on a culinary journey with every sip.

Batch n. 2 of our Barrel Aged Hendricks Gin is ready to be tasted.

For this batch Hendricks Gin was aged for 4 months in our oak barrels to give it a warm and deep flavour unlike any other Hendricks you’ve ever tasted before.

Sphere being a Gin bar drives us to always be pushing the limit of how Gin as a spirit is seen by our customers.

And to prove that Gin really is a spirit that can do just about anything, we are serving this wonderful Barrel Aged Gin in a truly unique Gin Old Fashioned we’ve called the Rolls Roy.
