A well made Negroni is always a good idea 🥃🍊

This Italian classic, designed as an aperitif was invented at Caffe Casoni, in Florence in 1919. Combination of campari, sweet vermouth and gin, is a definition of simplicity and balance. Legend tells that Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender to strenghten his favourite cocktail - Americano - by replacing soda water with gin, and the Negroni was born.

Our interpretation of classic is led with delicious red wine based Chazalettes Vermouth Rosso, Napue gin and Campari, finished with orange oils. The result is very aromatic and complex Negroni served with green olives.
