partner on the dancefloor? There are so many dance genres on this planet, and surely Centar Plesa will have the right one for you. Centar Plesa (meaning Dance Center) is the biggest dance association in Dalmatia consisting of various dance groups that have joined forces in order to promote the beauty of dance in the region. Experienced dancers spread the gospel with various dance events and performances and in between all the happenings, Centar Plesa has a rigorous dance school for all levels and ages, spanning many types of dance. Amongst many, you can learn the ever popular romantic Cuban dance of Salsa where there are more than five levels and several classes running per week for about 200KN per month. Or how about giving Bachata a go, a very sensual dance that lets you get close to your partner. It takes two to tango but you can always find a partner to learn the craft with Centar Plesa. There are also a series of Latin dances such as the cha cha cha rumba or the jive of is you are more into the classics, the Viennese and English Waltz can also be mastered. I few 'new age' dances such as Reggaeton, jazz dance, show dance, hip hop, oriental belly dancing, and dancehall are also offered in Centar Plesa. Other than mastering various genres of dance, Centar Plesa also have exercise programs that merge into a dance theme such as the globally popular Zumba fitness, power yoga, dance aerobics, and Adidas ballet. Additionally, Centar Plesa also have a dance kindergarten, a fulltime program for children to be introduced into the world of dance before hitting the school books. Centar Plesa has various locations spread across Split, Solin, Trogir, and Kaštela but its main location is in the ŠC Gripe complex in Split.
