and freshest catch for our guests. With an underground aquarium under the restaurant floor, the freshest daily
catch embedded on a tray of ice each evening, and the Adriatic just two
metres away, it will not take you long to appreciate the Gariful
relationship with the sea. In addition to this, Gariful has an extensive
wine and Champagne list, the largest on the island, and can accommodate both
yacht and villa catering. Running the kitchen is Stipe Gurabic, an outstanding chef with 35 years'
experience, nine of them with Gariful. Accompanied by two other chefs,
Stipe's passion is fish, and he is now firmly settled on Hvar, having worked
