For the full experience, order The Macallan Flight: a neat pour of the whisky itself (with its warm sherry cask notes of dried fruit, toffee, and honeyed spice), a glass of Valdespino Vermouth Origen, plus your choice of one special cocktail from the menu!

Supported by Perrier, the team from Employees Only Singapore will take over the bar at Terrible Baby for one night only, presenting three cocktails at HK$120 each: the smooth, botanical Dilly, Don’t Dally, the fruit-and-spice Nightshade, and the light, floral Peachy Keen.

Cocktails will be shaken and stirred to perfection by none other than Principal Bartender & Bar Manager William Melo Camcam, alongside the equally talented Bartender Darren Prasad.

🥂 For HK$320 per person, guests can enjoy a curated tasting journey featuring three signature cocktails, originally priced at HK$360.

𝓑𝓮𝓮 𝓨𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓮𝓵𝓯 shakes The Macallan with Plan Bee raw honey and citrus for a silky, floral lift, while 𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓜𝓪𝓬𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓪𝓷 𝓗𝓲𝓰𝓱𝓫𝓪𝓵𝓵 keeps it crisp and clean with Two Cents plain soda water. 𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓡𝓸𝓫 𝓡𝓸𝔂 stirs things up with Valdespino Vermouth Origen and Scrappy’s aromatic bitters.
