Meet our Good Fortune cocktail – a refreshing mix of Iron Buddha tea-infused gin, kumquat liqueur, lemon juice, white peach syrup and egg white, perfectly balanced with floral and citrus flavours. Topped with nostalgic haw flakes candy and paired with a fortune cookie, this cocktail is the perfect way to toast the Lunar New Year.

“This drink is like a celebration in a glass – vibrant, refreshing, and just a tad nostalgic,” explains Francis, our Head Mixologist.

Celebrate the Year of the Snake with this special cocktail, available from January 27th all week. And, just a heads-up –we’re closed on the 29th!

來認識我們的「好運來雞尾酒」吧！這是一款清新的混合飲品，融合了鐵觀音茶浸泡的琴酒、金橘利口酒、檸檬汁、白桃糖漿和蛋白，完美平衡了花香和柑橘的風味。上面點綴著懷舊的鷹嘴豆糖，並搭配一個幸運餅乾，這款雞尾酒是慶祝農曆新年的完美選擇。

「這款飲品就像是一杯慶祝的盛宴——色彩繽紛、清新，還帶著一絲懷舊感。」我們的首席調酒師 Francis 如是說。

從1月27日起，與我們一起慶祝蛇年，這款特別的雞尾酒將在整個星期供應。提醒一下，我們將於29日關閉！

What is this? It’s the spirit of Vietnam, captured in a mug, right here in the heart of the city.

Song Cai Dry Gin, infused with native botanicals, celebrates the richness of Vietnam’s landscapes. Sugarcane juice adds natural sweetness, a nod to the country’s fertile fields. Fresh lemon juice brings a bright, zesty balance, while a lil bit of chili sets off the palate with the boldness of the country’s cuisine.
