ents whenever possible for his supply pantry; working with local organic farms across the city in order to bring a fresh experience to his Gin Parlour. Crafted in Kagoshima, Japan, WA BI Gin Damask Rose is produced by the Hombo Shuzo Group, known for the Mars Tsunuki Distillery established in 2016. Distilled from rice and infused with Damask rose petals—often called the “queen of roses”—the gin highlights botanicals grown in Kagoshima Prefecture on the island of Kyushu.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rose water and fresh juniper.
Palate: Creamy with elegant floral character.
Finish: Warm spice with notes of green tea, ginger and shiso.

Botanicals: Juniper berry, Damask rose, ginger, shiso, green tea.
