A throwback to early September where we took part in RBHK x Wh**ky Magazine’s Best Bars Arena: Bars, Bubbles & Beats. An evening of celebration and fun following the RBHK Best Bar Awards Ceremony. Alongside fellow bars & industry friends, we shook up and served a few of our signature cocktails for everyone to enjoy.

In celebration of our 8th anniversary, we’re delighted to debut special bottling with Sullivans Cove.

Limited to only 102 bottles, this particular bottling stands out as the first from Sullivan’s Cove to be released in Hong Kong having been matured in French oak ex-Tawny casks.

Throughout October, we will offer an anniversary promotional price of $198 per glass. Also available by the bottle as a perfect gift or keepsake at $3,380. With a limited run and most bottles already reserved, we invite you to try our 8th anniversary bottle while available.

Silk Song might just be the next version of our ever popular, Lost in Translation.

Crafted by our team using seasonal ingredients and to combat the sweltering summer heat, we’ve used Pineau des Charentes and White Port as the base; both fortified wines give a balanced sweetness and depth as the former blends fresh grape juice with Cognac brandy. Additional fruits and yogurt add further brightness and silky smooth mouthfeel.

Try this signature cocktail while it’s still in season Wh**ky & Words

George T. Stagg, is a well-known name within the American wh***ey genre. One of the most prestigious plabels within the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, each release is a vintage that is aged over 15 years.

Each bottle of George T. Stagg is uncut and unfiltered, going straight from the barrel to the bottle with no water added; something that is unlike most bourbons. Discover this bottle and many more at Wh**ky & Words. Wh**ky & Words
