This cocktail features freshly squeezed sugar cane juice combined with rums from St. Lucia and Martinique to emphasize the juice’s grassy and vanilla aromas.

We finish the drink with pomegranate molasses and lime.

Highlight of the season at Mizunara: the Hyuganatsu.
Believed to be a natural hybrid of yuzu and pomelo, this Japanese citrus fruit was first discovered in Miyazaki in the 1820s.

To celebrate this seasonal specialty, we have crafted a ”Bitter Salty Dog“ by mixing Hyuganatsu with gin and a touch of wormwood amaro.

This cocktail is designed to engage all of your taste buds and serves as both an excellent aperitif and a great digestif.

Continuing our seasonal focus on exploring different textures, we are incorporating the “fluffy” cocktail technique for our fresh tomato fruit cocktail.

Inspired by the modern classic Tomatini, this Mizunara riff features:

Japanese fruit tomato
Seasoning: A blend of salt, pepper, tomato water, rice vinegar, dashi, lemon, sugar, and shiso.
- Spirit Base: A combination of vodka, sake, and shochu.
- Preparation: All ingredients are blended and shaken to incorporate air, achieving the signature texture.
- Garnish: Salt rim, black pepper, and shiso.

One of our featured highlights is the Banpeiyu Pomelo cocktail.
Blended with fresh pulp and crushed ice, this drink offers an aromatic nose, a clean taste, and a satisfying texture.

This cocktail is our riff on the classic Floridita Daiquiri :
