We made a great picture for everyone who got involved with SOW. Blending French, Italian, and Asian cuisines to create a delectable, inventive dish. We took an extended period to create Fish Maw in Soybean Bonito, a Westernized version of Chinese fish maw served with Japanese bonito soup.
