“Thyme Gin”

Στο γεμάτο ζωντάνια λιμανάκι της Νάουσας στην Παρό, η Νικολέτα Παρούση από το Big Blue θα δώσει στο gin μεσογειακή διάθεση, χρησιμοποιώντας λικέρ Θυμάρι Κάστρο. Χειροποίητο limoncello και φρέσκος χυμός από lime συμπληρώνουν ένα δροσερό και εύγευστο αποτέλεσμα. Γαρνιτούρα, το ζεστό χαμόγελο της Νικολέτας :)

Thyme Gin cocktail:

35 ml Thyme Castro liqueur
60 ml gin
30 ml homemade limoncello
10 ml fresh lime juice

Tip: Smoke the glass with a thyme sprig.
