8plaisia Honey washed Tequila , Mandarines + Marigolds , Black Salt and some sexy bubbles.

A rift on the classic Paloma by using local and with organic certification by the E.E Honey and mandarine oleo infused with home grown Marigolds from our house garden .

Then everything is Carbonated and served on a chilled highball with a smoky black salt .

Improved Collins :
London dry Gin , Lemongrass , Seasonal Citrus Waste Cordial , Kaffir Lime Leaves and some aromatic bubbles.

This Cocktail is a different approach of the classic Tom Collins that signifies the importance of citrus cultivation in our country and its consumption but also their mindful use in our bars .

We basically turn all our citrus waste into a beautiful oleo saccharum with the addition of vanilla pods & kaffir lime leaves and create a super tasty cordial out of it which also is used to create our Sparkling Lemonade !!

Info of the day : Did you know that Greece is 5th in the world of citrus production covering 500000 sq.meters of land and producing annually 1 million tons of Citrus ? Which is second to Olive production .
