7 Sins Cocktail House proudly presents its new cocktail menu, "CORCYRA – THE INVISIBLE ISLAND"

A creative project that reimagines the cocktail menu as a medium for storytelling and cultural exploration, inspired by the mythology, geography, and culinary heritage of Corfu.

Structured around four thematic chapters, "Corcyra – The Invisible Island" invites guests to experience the island from a new perspective, where every cocktail unfolds as a journey in a single immersive narrative.

Kumquat, Corfiot olive oil, noumboulo, aromatic herbs, and other local ingredients are used as expressions of memory, place, and cultural identity, creating an experience that connects contemporary mixology with the authentic spirit of Corfu.

With "Corcyra – The Inviseble Island," 7 Sins introduces a new approach to modern cocktail culture, where every drink becomes an invitation to explore, discover, and connect with the essence of the island.

Starting from 20:00, Giannis will be presenting a curated selection of his refreshing and stylish highball creations, crafted to elevate your night sip by sip. Expect bold combinations, smooth serves, and the perfect midweek atmosphere.

During this year’s Open Garden Festival in Corfu, 7 Sins Cocktail House had the pleasure of hosting a unique cocktail workshop at the beautiful Dr. Kavvadia Farm. Surrounded by olive trees, aromatic herbs, and the natural beauty of the Corfiot countryside, we explored the connection between nature, local ingredients, and modern mixology.

The workshop was an opportunity to share our philosophy behind cocktail creation — combining creativity, storytelling, and authentic local flavors inspired by Corfu itself.

Being part of the Corfu Garden Festival was a truly inspiring experience for us. The festival celebrates Corfu’s gardens, estates, and natural heritage through workshops, tastings, and cultural events, creating a beautiful meeting point between people, nature, gastronomy, and art.

A special thank you to the owner of Dr. Kavvadia Estate Apostolos for the warm invitation, generous hospitality, and for creating such a beautiful environment where people, flavors, and nature could come together so naturally.
We would also like to thank everyone who joined us and shared this special evening with us.
