There are usually many questions that come to mind when planning how to exercise during pregnancy. Physical exercise is bodily activity that improves or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. This type of exercise during pregnancy is important and can help with some common discomforts of pregnancy and even help prepare your body for labor and delivery.
In view of this the Edybentil Maternal Health foundation is embarking on monthly walks to promote exercise during pregnancy, create awareness on maternal health and raise funds to support maternal health in Ghana.
Come and join us as we walk with pregnant women and encourage them to stay healthy throughout the 9 month journey.
Husband's in-laws, family, parents, friends and colleagues, encourage all pregnant women you know to join us on the 4th of March 2017 at the Airport women's Hospital, we will walk through airport first bus stop, through koala then back to Airport women's hospital for aerobics and health screening.
