Wow what a fab 2 days for bar7 at duckfest 2019, bigger and better this year, we crushed ice we squeezed limes we mixed, shake’d and stirred hundreds of cocktails, very proud of my team and the hard work everyone put in, all for the most amazing cause ducks & drakes cancer research, can’t wait for 2020 🙌🙌🙌

This handcrafted gin is infused with orange and lemon
Traditionally distilled in copper stills

A refreshing citrus burst the only thing I would do differently is if I had any would change the tonic for the Schweppes salty lemon

Arber
Stilled with 9 botanicals
Mixed with double Dutch cucumber & watermelon tonic
Plenty of ice and large wedges of lime squeezed of course makes a light refreshing g&t enjoy with a little early evening sun
