✨From vision… to reality ✨

When we first purchased this building, we had a dream for the roof terrace. A vision of what this space could become. Many people said we wouldn’t… some said we couldn’t… but we did. 💙

This build has taken hard work, dedication and an incredible team behind the scenes. Huge thank you to D&S Contractors, the carpenters, builders, scaffolders, our amazing staff and every single person who played a part in bringing this dream to life.

What started as an idea is now something we are so proud to share with you all.

🌇 THE WAIT IS OVER 🌇

Our much anticipated roof terrace officially opens for drinks reservations this Friday from 7:30PM 🍸✨

Join us as we celebrate the launch of our brand new rooftop space — just in time for what’s set to be absolutely sublime weather this weekend ☀️

We do want to apologise to anyone who had previously booked with us last week. Unfortunately, we hit a few unexpected bumps in the road which meant we had to push back the opening slightly — but we promise it’s been worth the wait 🙌

And the good news doesn’t stop there…

✨ INTRODUCING OUR NEW HEAD CHEF ✨

From commis chef to Head Chef, our newest addition to the Cadena kitchen Alex has built his career through passion, dedication and a genuine love for great food.

After training for three years at Worcester College of Technology, he has developed his skills across a variety of kitchens — from gastro pubs to rosette country house hotels — working his way up through the ranks, leading teams and delivering high standards every service.

Outside of the kitchen, his passion for food continues through pop-ups, teaching cooking skills, running a small baking business supplying local cafés and attending food festivals and events.

Alongside his culinary career, he’s also achieved the role of Band Master in a marching band, helping train members and performing across Europe.

Please give a warm Cadena welcome to our new Head Chef Alex👏
