Recently, we feel that certain situations within the venue have not been handled to the standard that we expect from ourselves, and more importantly, the standard that you deserve as our customers.
Anyone who knows us knows that creating a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment has always been one of our biggest priorities. PJs has always been about good nights, good people and making memories — never about making people feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
With that said, after a lot of thought, we & the agency have made the decision to put together a new door team moving forward.
This decision has not been taken lightly, but we believe it is the right step to ensure everybody who walks through our doors feels comfortable, respected and looked after on a night out.
We’re constantly learning, improving and listening, and we appreciate every single person who continues to support us, give feedback and stand by us.
Thank you for the continued love, loyalty and support over the years. We hear you, we value you, and we will always do our best to make PJs a place people enjoy coming to ❤️
