A truly independent vintage Cocktail Lounge and Restaurant. We love doing the different. Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea Parties, freshly prepared and cooked Sunday Roasts. Experimental Cocktails are our speciality, Oh and don't forget our now famous Gin selections. Over 15 Craft beers and lagers. Beautiful Olive tree in our garden come and guess how old it is !! Available for private hire, private dining and much more.

So sorry to have to say again.

Out of 27 booked so far tonight 16 have either not arrived or cancelled late.

So far this month of May we have had over 150 no shows. We even had one booking say “I hope you close down” and laughed when we explained not showing up for a booking has financial implications.

We cannot continue doing this offer with this continued problem of tables being booked and not arriving.

Take tonight into isolation.

We arrived earlier to prep. Cooked extra food and had more waiting staff than we needed, for customers just not to arrive.

We can’t take deposits for our roast the logistics are just to much. We have to trust customers respect that we charge so little with minimal margins and we need to fill every table. Our Roast club deal during the week is £5.95. Thats why we can't take deposits. It would cost more to take them and the price would have to increase.
