Running an independent brasserie has never been simple.

Over recent years, successive changes to business rates, employment taxation and wage legislation have steadily increased the burden on small hospitality businesses.

Recent national fiscal decisions have accelerated that pressure significantly.
We are not alone in feeling this.

At the same time, dining habits are shifting. Weekday footfall has reduced across the sector and businesses must adapt responsibly.

From 2nd March, BRAZZ will adapt opening hours.
