β€οΈ A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS β FROM THE HEART β€οΈ
We donβt usually feel the need to respond to negativity online, but we feel itβs important to speak from the heart and call out false information from a customer who has never entered our shop.
Raw to the Paw is a small, family-run business. Weβre not a big corporation with endless resources behind us. Weβre real people who put our time, money, hard work and passion into building something for ourselves and our family. Every customer who walks through our doors, places an order, recommends us to a friend or leaves us a kind review genuinely means the world to us.
We work hard every single day to keep our prices as affordable as possible because we understand how expensive life is, and we believe feeding your dogs quality food shouldnβt have to cost the earth. Every decision we make is with our customers and their dogs in mind.
What is disappointing is seeing made up negative feedback being posted about our business following a customer not getting their own way on Facebook Marketplace, we believe our 10 items for Β£8 on raw dog treats is more than affordable. Not every transaction or conversation will end with everyone getting the outcome they hoped for, and thatβs life. But we believe there is a difference between a genuine customer complaint and leaving a review about a business out of frustration over something unrelated to the actual service it provides.
We wholeheartedly believe that honest feedback is important, but false or misleading information online can cause real damage to a small business. Behind every small business is a family, bills to pay, hours of hard work and people trying to make an honest living. A review can have consequences far beyond the person who chooses to leave it.
We are incredibly proud of what weβre building with Raw to the Paw, and we will never take the support of our customers for granted. To everyone who has shopped with us, supported our little shop, shared our posts, recommended us and helped us grow β thank you, genuinely. You are the reason we keep pushing forward, and we appreciate every single one of you more than you know. β€οΈ
We will continue doing what we do best: serving our customers, keeping prices fair, putting dogs first and giving this little family business everything weβve got.
