Made with two types of rum (Appleton 8 & Havana Especial), passionfruit, lime and honey over heapings of crushed ice and finished with a heavy dash of Angostura.

It’s Lemon Juice Day! 🍋 A bit of a ridiculous one to celebrate but it gives us the perfect excuse to tell you about our Lemon Super Juice!

Instead of juicing lemons on the go for your cocktails or on mass beforehand, we make super juice.

To make it we use the peel (and its oils), the rind and the juices. Then with a little bit of science, we ensure all of the fruit gets used and the waste is minimal.

The final product is added to your cocktail for the perfect lemon flavour.
