A beautifully balanced classic from South America using Pisco... A Peruvian grape liqueur.

If you like your sour cocktails, like an Amaretto Sour, this is definitely one to try!
Pisco Sour combines smooth pisco with fresh lime juice, a touch of sugar and egg white, shaken to create that gorgeous silky, velvety texture, finished with a few drops of Angustura aromatic bitters.
