Pappy van winkle

12 year special reserve Kentucky bourbon
drawn from charred American oak barrels

Full-bodied, smooth and mature.
A sweet nose of vanilla, toffee, toasted nuts and caramel.

The palate is medium and rounded before a lengthy, smooth finish with baking spice and brown sugar

First released in 1991 with just one release from lot A before lot B followed

Enviably smooth and wonderfully well balanced

On Sunday 21st of January at 2pm to help with any January blues, we are hosting a special afternoon in the bar. You will receive a welcome drink on arrival, then begin to make your favourite BAC or classic cocktail with our mixologist. They’ll talk you through all the ingredients as you shake or stir!

A new twist on an in house favourite

Still…. In Bloom

For all the Margarita lovers that love a little spice.

Our in-house made shrub
consisting of red apple, beetroot, chilli, sumac and red currants then left to infuse for two days.

Tarsier Gin is distilled right round the corner in Reddish by the lovely Sherwin and Tim it features south East Asian botanicals that pair beautifully with Agave spirits so this worked perfectly for this tequila cocktail

It’s pretty special

We combine pot still Irish Whiskey with single - origin Colombian filter coffee, salt and Demerara sugar.
We then float a luscious layer of vanilla infused Jersey cream and garnish with a generous shaving of Tonka bean
