🖤 THANK YOU, EVERYONE, FOR EVERYTHING… 🖤
Well, where do we even begin? What a journey it’s been. ❤️
It’s been an absolute blast, and as we sit here trying to put into words what Noiré has meant to us, we honestly don’t think a simple thank you will ever quite cover it.
What started as an idea, a leap of faith and a whole lot of hard work turned into something so much more than just a coffee shop and cocktail bar. It became a place where friendships were made, familiar faces became part of our routine, conversations turned into memories, and complete strangers became people we genuinely looked forward to seeing walk through the door.
We’ve put so much time, effort, money, love and a huge part of ourselves into Noiré. There have been stressful days, long nights, lessons learned along the way and moments where we’ve wondered what on earth we’d got ourselves into 😂 But there have also been so many laughs, incredible memories and moments that have made every bit of it worthwhile.
Last night was the perfect reminder of what it’s all been about. ❤️
Seeing so many of you come out to support us, seeing all those familiar faces, catching up with people we’ve got to know along the way and being surrounded by so many friendships made through those doors was genuinely lovely. It meant more to us than you probably realise, and it’s something we’ll look back on with a huge smile.
To every single person who has visited us, grabbed a coffee, enjoyed a cocktail, celebrated a special occasion, popped in for a chat, supported our offers, shared our posts, recommended us to others or simply wished us well — THANK YOU. You’ve all played a part in our journey, no matter how big or small.
To those who supported us from the very beginning, watched us learn as we went, celebrated our little wins and stuck with us along the way, we appreciate you more than words can say. And to the friendships we’ve made through Noiré, we hope they continue long after our time behind the bar has come to an end. 🥹❤️
We also want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has helped us along the way, especially our staff. The people who have stepped in, worked hard and helped us through the busy times have been a huge part of this journey, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
As for Noiré itself, we’re incredibly happy that it’s going into safe hands with its new owners. We genuinely wish them every success and hope they make it their own, create their own memories and continue building on what’s already here. We’re excited to see what the future holds for them and for Noiré. 🥂
But for us, this is where we get off.
It’s a strange feeling walking away from something that has taken up so much of our time, energy and lives. You don’t realise just how much something means to you until you have to say goodbye to it. As much as it’s the right time for us to take a step back and focus on the next chapter, it’s certainly not an easy decision to close this one.
We’re leaving with so much pride in what we’ve built, gratitude for the people we’ve met and memories we’ll carry with us for a very long time.
This isn’t goodbye… it’s see you on the other side. 🖤🥂
Noiré will always be a special part of our story, and a little piece of it will always belong to the people who walked through those doors and made it what it was.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything. Thank you for the support, the laughs, the conversations, the friendships and for making our time at Noiré what it has been.
We came into this not knowing exactly what we were doing, learned a lot along the way, took a few risks and somehow ended up with so many amazing people in our lives. We wouldn’t change that for the world.
Here’s to the memories made, the friendships that stay, the new owners and their future, and whatever comes next for us. ❤️
