The new Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome Trust website was designed to make support and information easier to access for families living with WHS

This section highlights some of the ways the charity supports families, including national meetings, family grants and the “Here If You Need To Talk” support area.

Families can apply for grants through the charity, helping towards specialist equipment, therapies and other essential needs.

Every part of the redesign was created to help families feel supported, informed and less alone.

One of the most important parts of the new Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome Trust website was making the community feel visible.

We integrated the live Instagram feed directly into the website so families, supporters and newly diagnosed parents can instantly see the people behind the charity.

Real children. Real families. Real moments.

For rare conditions like Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome, community means everything and we wanted the website to reflect that from the moment someone lands on it.

Introducing the brand new website for the Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome Trust 💫

This project means more to us than most because our daughter has Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome and she is featured on the homepage.

The previous website had supported the charity for many years, but we wanted to create something more modern, engaging and accessible that truly reflects the children, families and community behind the condition.

Our hope is that this new platform helps raise awareness, brings families together and encourages more support and donations for the charity.

Over the next few posts we’ll be sharing more of the website and the thinking behind the redesign.
