A gentle reminder that some businesses are founder-led.
Meaning:
the people who built it are often the same people seating you, serving you, solving issues, and making sure your experience runs smoothly.
So while fair feedback is part of hospitality, and always will be, inaccurate narratives can be incredibly damaging. Constructive feedback will always matter and be welcomed because that’s how businesses grow.
But there’s a difference between feedback and misinformation.
For anyone unclear:
Aloha is very much a restaurant 🌴
We serve brunch, dinner, cocktails, and escapism in equally exotic measures!
Aloha was built by real people who care deeply about what happens within those very tropical walls. Which is why we are beyond happy to announce we recently won an OpenTable Diner’s Choice Award, recognising us as as a top-rated restaurant based on authentic feedback from OpenTable diners after they have dined and experienced the restaurant’s hospitality themselves.
Each month, compiles this diner feedback to determine which restaurants deliver consistently outstanding food, service and ambiance worth honouring across a variety of categories like:
* Best Overall
* Best Ambiance
* Best Service
The highest-rated spots earn the prestigious Diners’ Choice badge which signals exceptional, proven quality that’s verified … (and only available to those actually classed as a restaurant fyi! 😉).
To everyone who truly supports us, recommends us, and understands what we’ve built here… thank you 🌺🧡
