As if partying the night away last Saturday at Legbas Sessions wasn't awesome enough on its own, Junior, Phil and I (Marcus) are absolutely delighted to announce that we raised a total of £319.35 from the night, in aid of the wonderful charity Mind!

A big thank you to those of you who came along and danced the night away, bought your tickets and made donations - every single penny you gave has been donated today to Mind 😊 (if only the ticketing site had donated their booking fee too!).

A massive thank you to our guest DJs on the night, Toner, Ben Lee, Bibby (Jo Ridley), Jim Phizacklea and Rob Moore for giving your time for free, and for playing your hearts out ♥️ you each played it your way, with love and passion for the music your brought us - the very ethos of what Inner Sanctum nights have always been about!

**BASEMENT SESSIONS EVENT UPDATE**

Sometimes you’ve got to take a difficult situation and turn it into something positive…

So, we’d like to announce that the event on Saturday 6th June at The Royal Hotel will now become a dedicated Legbas Basement Sessions event, hosted solely by Inner Sanctum.

Sun Of A Beach were originally due to host the upstairs Lounge Bar, but in what’s currently a very overcrowded events market, the numbers simply didn’t stack up this time around.

Rather than cancel altogether, we’ve decided to turn this into a charity event, with every single penny of profit going to Mind, the mental health charity.

We really hope our loyal Basement Sessions crowd will continue to support us. After the event, we’ll publish the final donation amount publicly. It also feels quite special to us personally, as the very first Basement Sessions event was held in aid of Mind too, so there’s something nice about coming full circle and raising money for them once again.

Musically, expect things to stay dark, tough and proper basement business…and yes, dancing around handbags remains strictly forbidden!

We’ve also made a couple of tweaks to the line-up, which we will share separately.

All ticket holders have already been contacted and offered the option of either a full refund or keeping their tickets valid for the updated event.

Thank you, as always, for the continued support - it genuinely means a lot.
