Blind Tiger is built on quality cocktails, good music, and proper hospitality. We run a tight bar, keep standards high, and look after our team.

We’re looking for a confident, reliable bartender to join us.

You’ll be:
– Making and serving cocktails to spec
– Delivering relaxed, professional service
– Keeping the bar sharp and stocked
– Working as part of a fast, focused team
– Bringing good energy every shift

Experience helps. Attitude matters more.

We took January off.
Not to disappear, to rebuild.

New speakers.
More bass.
A full system overhaul.
Proper TLC.

Last year, Dead Centre grew from monthly to weekly.

This December, it took over.
So in January, we reset,
to come back better.

Now we’re ready.

From February, we’re doing this properly:
DJ nights every Friday and Saturday from 9PM.
Each night different.
Every month building to Dead Centre.

It starts here:
Fri 13 Feb: Vinyl-only with Reg (Natural Selections)
Sat 14 Feb: Dead Centre: Innerkey (All Night Long, 8PM start)

Then we don’t stop.
House. Techno. All-nighters.
Low lights. Big sound.

The tree is up.
The baubles are back.
Let’s see how long they last.

Every year we decorate our tree like we actually know what we’re doing.

Last year we even went full artisan — dehydrated oranges, hand-strung, hours of effort… beautiful.

And then we did what we do best:
got you all nicely drunk.

And you stole every single decoration.
So here we are again -
new baubles, new hope, zero lessons learned 😂

Fingers crossed you don’t go into festive theft mode this year.
(We’re not optimistic.)

Anyway… here’s a picture of our tree
while it still has its decs.
