We're right next to Shoreham by Sea Railway station so you could grab a drink, a snack or a 3 course meal before you head out. (Matching cocktails from the menu still 2 for 1 till 7pm, Mon-Fri).

Tell your friends, bring your friends... you don't have to stay for dinner or even snacks, although with the incredible aromas wafting from Pascal's kitchen you may cancel your plans and stay.

Whether you're popping in after work, catching trains to see shows or just mooching about Shoreham by Sea, you can take advantage of our 2 for 1 cocktail "hour" (it's actually 2 hours because we love what we do).

Monday to Friday, 5pm-7pm, buy one cocktail from our menu and get another same cocktail free - every week! Order from our snacks and small plates, have dinner or simply enjoy a drink (or 2) at the bar or on the terrace.

Pascal and his friendly team will be delighted to welcome you.

✨ Two months since the relaunch ✨

When I look back on this journey, I’m filled with nothing but gratitude. Brook wouldn’t be what it is today without the love and support from my family, friends, and all of you, our incredible regulars who continue to show up and believe in us.

In just a short time, we’ve achieved more than I ever imagined, and it’s all because of the community that surrounds us. You’ve made these past two months unforgettable, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

This is just the beginning and we have so much planned, and I can’t wait to share what’s next. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of this journey with me. 💙
