This is a pecan and blueberry buck.
Buffalo Trace Bourbon infused with pecans and blueberries
Amontillado sherry
Lemon juice
Topped with Fever Tree ginger ale.

A buck is a family of drinks centred around spirit, bass, dash of fresh lemon juice and ginger ale.

This is the Blackbird, a lighter take on an old fashioned using Monkey Shoulder Scotch, a light floral Rose liqueur and a drop of dry sherry for depth.
Stirred down and served on large rock ice.

Always bringing you the most original cocktails in St. Albans.
This is the Leftfield, called so because they're not common ingredients you'd see in cocktails in town.
We regularly describe this as if the colour green had a flavour bright, earthy, vegetal and a little bit bitter.

Lily Blanc, french aperitif wine.
Pisco, unaged Peruvian brandy
Suze, French digestive
Green Granny Smith apples.

If you didn't know May is Paloma month and we have a classic Ocho Tequila Paloma also a non-alcoholic Clean T Paloma. Both mixed with some lime agave fresh grapefruit juice and some Three Cents grapefruit soda
