Turns out stepping in front of the camera is a lot harder than hiding behind one.

But after years of photographing everybody else’s biggest moments, it felt about time Love & Luna had a little refresh too.

I wanted these to feel like the brand has always felt to me:joyful, feminine, relaxed, emotional and full of personality… just with a little more confidence this time round 🤍

So hi, if you’re new here.I’m Rachel.

I’m drawn to the details, but my favourite moments are always the ones where people feel comfortable enough to fully be themselves. The laughter, the chaos, the movement, the emotion and all the in between bits that end up meaning the most.

My approach has always been about helping people feel relaxed enough to enjoy the day they’ve worked so hard to create, while capturing it all in a way that still feels beautiful, elevated and completely true to them.

And honestly?I wouldn’t want to do anything else.

My first time photographing a wedding here and honestly… what a way to do it.

The kind of wedding where everybody is fully in it.
The bridal party, the boys, the guests, the suppliers… every part of the day felt loud in the best way.

I already had a feeling this one was going to be special from my chats with Victoria beforehand, and despite the rain trying its hardest at points, absolutely nothing was stopping this lot.

So much fun.
So much love.
Such a vibe from start to finish 🤍

The dream team yesterday really was top tier. Loved working with my fave videographer — if you haven’t booked him yet, do iiit. Then a full day of entertainment from 🔥

Also, shout out to the incredible team at Colshaw. So welcoming, so down to earth… I genuinely can’t wait to go back.

The morning always has a feeling of its own.

Quiet, but full.
Calm, but building.

I spent the morning with Lauren and her girls,
while Katie was with Louis and the boys…
both sides of the story unfolding at the same time across  estate, a setting that feels made for a spring wedding in the English countryside.

All the little moments happening at once. The kind of energy you can’t quite explain, but you can feel in every little moment.

And this is exactly why mornings like this deserve two of us, no rush, just calm and joyful energy all round ✨

SPRING AT MIDDLETON LODGE // ☾

Not all wedding days feel like this.

Effortless. Emotional. Electric.

The kind where every moment just works,
and you don’t have to chase anything… it’s all just there.

From start to finish, this was one of those days ✨

And getting to share it, working alongside my bestest friend and biggest cheerleader Katie and combining our creativity, made it even more special.

This is just a glimpse of what was such an incredible day.

The kind you don’t forget and I’ll be posting forever.

The women who have loved, guided and shaped the people at the heart of the day.

The ones fastening dresses.
Fixing shoes.
Holding hands before the ceremony.

Watching with the proudest smile… and sometimes wiping away a few happy tears.

For some brides, little hands are holding theirs too.

These are the moments that quietly weave their way through a wedding day.

The ones that might feel small at the time, but years later mean everything.

Because weddings aren’t just about two people.

They’re about families, generations, and the love that was there long before the wedding day.

Those are the memories treasured for a lifetime. ✨

There’s something about a wedding that feels equal parts effortless and electric.

The kind where the dress is sculptural, the florals are bold, the car is classic…
but the energy is light. Completely you.

A martini in hand.
Cake cut however you feel like cutting it.
A second look because the night deserves one.

Stylish without taking it all too seriously.
Romantic without losing the fun.

The balance I’m always chasing.
The weddings that look incredible… and feel even better.

It feeds the creative part of me and the romantic part of me, all at once.
That’s the magic. That’s why I do it.
