Panache – Equipment & Furniture Sale*

The new owners of Panache are preparing to rebrand the building ahead of the launch of their exciting new venue. As part of this process, they have decided to sell a number of items that are either surplus to requirements or being replaced to better suit their new concept.
Available items include (but are not limited to):
• Pizza ovens
• Hot rock stone oven
• Crockery
• Cutlery
• Chairs
• Bar stools
• Marble-effect table tops
• And more

Please do not visit or enquire in person at the restaurant — due to ongoing works and health & safety regulations during the rebranding process, no in-person visits can be accommodated.

As a family we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our guests and friends for your loyalty and support over the last 7 years. Together we have been through a pandemic, causing us to close along with many other establishments for 11 months, a war causing many food and general price increases, an energy crisis and a general cost of living crisis with bank rates rising approximately 12 times over a couple of years leaving many people with much less disposable income as they had previously, however somehow we survived through it, us as well as you with gritted teeth. Thank you the people of Poynton for supporting us. It is now time for us to retire. It’s now time for us to hang up our boots so to speak and warmly welcome the next owners to carry on the privilege of serving the community of Poynton and surrounding areas. Thank you Poynton and all who have frequented Panache over the years. A special thank you to our amazing team of staff who have to their credit delivered the most incredible service to all our guests for which I will be eternally grateful to. To end all speculation are advisors have released the following statement-

“Iconic Cheshire Cocktail Bar & Restaurant Panache to close as local entrepreneur and businessman retires.

Panache to re-open as the second site for North West’s award winning Japanese fusion eatery Gochu .
