The new lemon tree seedlings 🪴🍋🌱 personify the simplicity yet growth of the Floral Shaker brand.

Growing up on a family farm in the middle of the Dorset countryside, I was brought up with a thorough appreciation of the land, the hard work and testing seasons along with the freedom of the fields and the beauty of the wild flowers and hedgerows.

Growing flowers, fruits and vegetables is a skill developed over a lifetime and I’m delighted to share this with the next generation, starting from a young age.

It’s been an incredible ride. Starting my floral journey from a small town flower shop, to then training in the botanical mixology fireball of Miami and then teaching artistic floristry in the bright lights of London.

I equally adore the countryside, the energy of the city and now the vibrancy of the southwest coast.

The Winter Cocktail Menu

The Golden Hour - The little honey vodka paired with apricot brandy liquor is an absolute delight. Styled with dorset honey comb, dried apricot and blue cornflower garnish. It’s a charming sunset and rich in flavour.

Berry Bliss- A beautifully rich gin cocktail which includes sloe berries, blackberries and cranberries.

Negroni - This is a bitter tasting cocktail, made with equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari. It’s sophisticated and strong, perfect for late night cocktail conversations.

The Deadly Violet Margarita - Is still proudly punchy, shaken until it’s ice cold and definitely not for the weak. Tarted up with a rim of pink salt and fresh violet garnish.

Rhubarb & Cucumber Southside - A delicious gin based cocktail which is unique, fresh and light, with a ribbon curled garnish.

Mr Black Espresso Martini - When average never cuts it but a classic is a proven winner we use Mr Black coffee liqueur, espresso, vodka and a rice pudding liqueur. It’s got depth with a sweet kiss, just how we like it!

Bespoke cocktail menus can also be organised for your next party, mixology masterclass or corporate event.
