From nervous first attempts to confident performances, yesterday’s Dirty Dancing Workshop was packed with memorable moments. Watching everyone throw themselves into the leans, dips and dramatic styling was incredible.

These videos capture the trust, teamwork, determination and laughter that filled the room all afternoon. Some moves were challenging, some were hilarious, and some were genuinely breathtaking – but every single one was achieved with smiles and encouragement from fellow dancers.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and embraced the spirit of Dirty Dancing. You worked hard, supported one another and created an atmosphere that was fun, welcoming and unforgettable.

Yesterday’s Dirty Dancing Workshop was full of everything we hoped for – lifts, leans, close holds, trust, laughter and plenty of moments that would have made Baby and Johnny proud.

From dramatic dips and sweeping lunges to those iconic Dirty Dancing-inspired poses, everyone threw themselves into the workshop and gave it a go. The smiles in these photos say it all.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, supported each other and helped create such a fun atmosphere throughout the evening. Whether you were nailing the moves, perfecting the styling or simply laughing your way through the challenges, you made the day special.

The best part? Watching dancers of all levels stepping out of their comfort zones and discovering what they can achieve together.

Thank you for dancing with us. We loved every minute of it.

What a night!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us to celebrate Jive Hive’s 8th Birthday last night.

Over 80 dancers filled the floor, the cake disappeared, the laughter was endless, and the atmosphere was everything we could have hoped for. Looking around the room and seeing so many familiar faces – along with plenty of newer ones – was a reminder of just how special this community has become.

Over the last eight years we’ve shared countless dances, friendships, milestones, workshops, freestyles, road trips, celebrations and memories. Jive Hive has never just been about dancing; it’s been about the people who make it what it is.

A very special thank you goes to Jax, Ruth, Steve, Clare, Kerry and Zoli. Your support, hard work, friendship, loyalty and endless willingness to help make Jive Hive what it is today. We couldn’t ask for a better crew or better friends.

Whether you’ve been with us since day one, joined recently, or are still thinking about giving us a try, thank you for being part of the journey.

Here’s to the next chapter.
