Great food and a warm welcome is at the heart of the Blue Skies Bar. Even if you’re not jumping it’s the perfect place to enjoy a generous slice of home made cake and barista made coffee while you watch the planes on the live airfield and enjoy the spectacle of the bright coloured canopies spiralling overhead. At breakfast we have options ranging from delicate fresh pastries to a satisfying full E

nglish. For lunch or in the evening, think tasty burgers, satisfying pizza slices or crisp salads. Our new state of the art coffee machine uses Arabica beans which are grown at 700 meters above sea level which makes them rich/aromatic/flavoursome/full bodied/laid back. We have free WiFi so log onto social media and tell your buddies about your great experience at Sibson.
