Introducing a snippet into our brand new menu, led by Head Chef, Anthony Hinds, we have been taken on a journey with flavours and textures over the last week, and we are extremely excited for you to try this out.

With plates perfect for sharing, grazing, nibbling, the list could go on… Whether you are someone who enjoys a hot bowl of shoyu broth ramen, listening to jazz with friends, wondering who gets the last bite of the shish*to peppers (currently a talking point after dinner).

We cannot wait to show you everything we have to offer, and we welcome you in to either expand your tastebuds, or become acquainted with a new favourite.

THIS SATURDAY AT THE COPPER FOX!

Tom Dale is back again, and we're so excited, expect the classics, and expect it to be a jumping night, we always look forward to tom

This being our first week with our new menu with head chef Anthony Hinds, who you may know from 'Karma' on St.Martins, if you have Asian fusion in mind from sushi and ramen or you would like some music with fresh Porthilly Oysters, we've got everyone covered, and even we can't believe the flavours escaping the kitchen!

from Porthilly Oysters, Crispy Sesame Prawns and our sushi, all with an Asian fusion twist, we cannot wait to show you what’s been cooking up! (Lunch service today proved its a hit)

Shoyu Ramen!

Our Ramen broth which is made in house, is packed full of flavour, depth and full of goodness (did you know, collagen is naturally found in bone broths? think of it as self care!) paired with the gooey boiled egg to get the full effect in Penzance! rain or shine we see heads stuck in the bowl!
