FAKE E-LIQUID
I've been giving this subject a lot of thought on how to address it however, for the past 2ish months it has become very apparent that people have been purchasing e-liquid that is not genuine.
I need to state explicitly that none of this has come from either my shop, or from Juice 33. I have spoken to Adam about this today and he has experienced some of this from his side too. I will not name shops, however between a good handful of consumers, Two shops seem to be cropping up all the time regarding the issue. One on Main Street, Pembroke and the other one on Dimond Street, Pembroke Dock.
These juices range from 100ml liquids, and 10ml liquids.
Yesterday I had a chap come in asking whether a bottle of Moreish puff he has purchased seemed right based on the flavour. Which tasted odd on my summary. It wasn't until he shown me the bottle of juice it was clear that the bottle was a clear fake. The label was nowhere near to the design that genuine Moreish shortfills are. This was purchased from a shop in Pembroke.
Last week I had a lady questioning the quality of her Elux liquids that she had purchased from a Dimond Street shop a few Days before. There were 5 bottles in total going across 2 flavours. Naturally I tasted one of them and it definitely wasn't right. Out of interest I scanned the QR code to check authenticity, and it immediately came back as fake, so I checked the rest and the other 4 came back with the same result.
There have been other instances too but the aforementioned examples should be enough to get my point across.
Now I must stress that this isn't me stirring s**t. This is me doing my job as a reputable v**e shop that stands by the quality products that I sell every day.
Between V**e Allsorts and Juice 33 we have a collective experience of over 20 years and I can speak for Juice 33, like us, we only use suppliers that are just as positively reputable as we are.
With fake or copied liquids, we quite simply do not know whats in them and what damage they can do.
As a Specialist, it boils my p**s that fakes are available. My only advice. If its super cheap, its probably too good to be true.
If you feel you have purchased something from somewhere and are not sure of its legitimacy, feel from to pop in to me or Juice 33 and we will do our best to answer your query.
