are beyond excited to present Tywi to Spirit for an all-vinyl night of scene-leading, dancefloor-focused techno and trance.
Tywi, founder of the HAWS label in Cardiff, has been carving out a name for himself in Europe's reviving progressive house and trance scene and is one of the most-exciting DJs and label heads in contemporary dance music. The label has recently risen to fame by putting out consistently amazing music by prominent names on a regular basis, and as a DJ, Tywi has shared lineups with artists such as Jane Fitz, Call Super, Voigtmann and Special Request. As a justified reward, HAWS have been granted their own stage at Gottwood Festival this Summer, putting together a dream line-up including Roza Terenzi and Adam Pits.
Despite his successes, it is his down-to-earth persona and obvious love for the music that attracts him to FLOW. Our own journey from woodland parties to monthly club nights mirrors the early progression of HAWS, and our combined passion for records that bring inimitable dance floor energy, refined taste and optimistic visions for the future make him the perfect booking for the night.
Mixed entirely on vinyl and with a special 4am license, catch one of Europe's finest emerging DJs tear up the Spirit dance floor for an extended set from 01:30 - 04:00. Expect deep groove, euphoria and transcendence.
Sharing the bill will be our own Chris Barrance and Tom Whatmore, perfectly building up energy and inviting participants onto the dancefloor with the best of 90s house, progressive, trance, building in intensity until the main act.
Once again tickets will be CHEAP for this night, as we recognise that 2023 is not an easy year for everyone, and why should having a much-needed dance come at an expense and prohibit the maximum turnout of bodies and souls?!
