TIME TO SAY GOODBYE 💔😩
It comes with the heaviest heart that on Sunday 19th June when we closed our doors we closed them forever.
With our lease expired and everything else that’s happening in the world including increases in labour costs, huge difficulties in recruitment, increases in supplies, the huge and continuing impact of covid, the huge hikes in costs of living for all of us, the industry changing & lower customer numbers due to all of the above, we just can’t maintain the business any longer.
We are just one little family, we’ve had 2 small children since we started, it isn’t fair on them for us not to be present as much as they or we would like. We along with the world have changed in our 5 years and while this is one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make; and hasn’t come without tears and tantrums, we know it’s time. What a journey it’s been, we’ve truly loved every single second of it but couldn’t have done it alone.
To every staff member that’s ever given anything to CINTA, thank you, you have been wonderful and all shaped the CINTA journey and our lives in your own way. Your time, effort, dedication and our time together is something we will forever be thankful for.
To every customer, new, old, past, present & loyal; we’ve been on a huge journey in our 5 years and shared some brilliant times. You too have helped shape CINTA, us as people and provided memories we will keep and treasure forever. Thank you for the endless support. For those who have pre-paid bookings or have purchased vouchers our management team will be in touch in the next couple of days.
Finally to our family, friends and superb suppliers; thank you for all of your support, words of encouragement and shoulders over the last few months. It hasn’t been an easy ride but definitely the best we’ve taken together.
Continue to spread lots of CINTA everyone.
