We’re back open from 3pm today with two fantastic local acts performing live.

🎵 Naomi Kalu will be joining us for an acoustic session this afternoon live at 4pm- 6pm followed by 🎸 Lemonade Band live from 8pm tonight.

Absolutely fantastic Whit Friday in Lees. It was great to see so many people coming together and enjoying such a wonderful community event. Thank you to everyone who called in for a drink at Society by Whittles

Unfortunately, one customer reported that their bag went missing while visiting the venue. We have since been informed that attempts were made to use bank cards from the bag at a local store.

CCTV footage from both Society by Whittles and the store has been provided to the police, who are now dealing with the matter. We will not tolerate theft or any criminal behaviour on our premises and will continue to support the authorities with their enquiries.

Thank you to everyone for your support and cooperation.

We’re delighted to welcome Dennis Kennedy DelBhoy & His Band to Society.

Leith native Delbhoy Kennedy has coined the genre “Future Nostalgia” and has recently completed sell-out tours supporting Tom Meighan, Peter Doherty and Dodgy, whilst also earning support from BBC 6 Music’s Chris Hawkins. Working alongside legendary producer Nick Brine (Oasis, The Stone Roses, Teenage Fanclub), Delbhoy is rapidly becoming one of the most talked-about live artists on the circuit.

We did it ❤️

A few months ago, Society by Whittles was just an idea. Today, we’re standing outside our 2nd live music venue, watching people enjoy something we’ve poured our hearts into creating.

There have been long days, late nights, challenges, setbacks and plenty of moments where we wondered how we’d get everything done in time. But seeing Society full of people, laughter, conversation and live music has made every second worth it.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built so far, but even more grateful for the support we’ve received from our family, friends, staff, musicians and customers who have backed us from day one.

This is more than just a venue to us. It’s a place for people to come together, enjoy great music, make memories and be part of something special in the heart of Lees.

Thank you for believing in us.

This is only the beginning ❤️
