Our Autumn/Winter menu is LIVE. We’ve timed it perfectly, as today is a chilly boy.

We’ve paid homage to our childhood selves, Hockley and Nottingham throughout history, alongside all the perfect colder-month flavours and a few off-piste selections.

We had a lorra laughs making our New Orleans-inspired specials menu for the BAYOU. Pop-Up.

We tried not to take ourselves too seriously with it, then ended up putting a unicorn Pappy Van Winkle wh***ey on there, so somehow landed on a wild blend of fun-tacky and boujie. We think we’re fine with that.

BAYOU X POGO

Food was eaten and a fair few drinks were had. We loved it. 10/10 Sunday, no notes.

BAYOU. are back Sunday 18th October. We’re opening up the bookings tomorrow (Wednesday 23rd) and we will certainly let you know when they’re live.

Some big weeks coming up with the BAYOU. pop-up, a brand new darker months drinks menu, Hockley Hustle , our birthday (!!) as well as some other mad little bits we thought we’d through in. Wish us luck 💪

As usual for now, we are open from 5-12 Tues-Fri and early doors from 2 on a Saturday.

Golden Hour is our absolute fave and runs Tuesday-Thursday 5-9 and is dead good. We look forward to hanging out x

- NEW MENU -

As we start to see the cosier evenings set in and the weather does its dramatic little change, we’re spending the next couple of weeks finalising our Autumn & Winter menu.

To be honest, we’ve been working on it all summer, but who really wants to talk about Christmas in 30-degree heat?

We’ll be saying seeya to a few of the summer faves, but you’ve still got a few weeks to top up on them before it’s all change.

Will the Cheesy Martini make the cut for the next menu? Will the new menu be made up entirely of Piña Colada riffs? WHO KNOWS 👀

Bookings for our first Creole-inspired pop-up are now live via the links on our profile. We may be able to take a few walk-ins depending on demand. Our kitchen is the size of a shoe, but we’ll do our best!

Super exciting to be working with Chef Brad Filkins on this one. He’s taking care of the food, while we’re putting together some of our favourite New Orleans cocktails to match.

A couple more surprises coming too. Think really good American wh***ey.

- BANK HOLS -

Reminder for the group that we are open for the Bank Holiday Sunday in August. Not the Monday though, as that is strictly reserved for us to do absolutely nothing, as is tradition.

It’s going to be hot hot hot today, which makes our favourite drink ingredient even more important.

We get ours made specially for us by our friends just down the road at - we even have it made to our own custom size because we are absolute princesses.

We’re here until midnight tonight too, so you can always wait until Nottingham has cooled down a bit before coming to hang out 🧊
