In November 2016, the adventure commenced for Smither’s Canteen & Cocktails when we purchased an old run-down “Rice” horse trailer from a friend of a friend. The trailer has been stripped, gutted and given a thorough cleaning in order to create an ideal rebuild into a unique and funky food and drink venue. Smither’s Canteen & Cocktail Bar will be serving fresh and locally produced food as well as hot and cold drinks throughout the day from a fixed pitch location. Evenings and weekends, it transforms into a portable licensed Cocktail Bar where your personal mixologist will serve hard and soft drinks as well as snacks for private functions such as parties and weddings.
