Patty & Brew is a brand-new café concept bringing something fresh and exciting to Newport’s hospitality scene. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager with a passion for afternoon tea, baking, and creating amazing guest experiences to join us from the very start.

This is a unique opportunity to grow with a new business, contribute ideas, and help shape our menus, service, and reputation.

⭐ What we’re looking for:
• Hands-on experience in afternoon tea service with attention to detail and presentation.
• Strong skills in baking cakes, breads, and pastries.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Proactive, creative, and reliable, with a passion for supporting a growing business.
• A people-person who thrives on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and a supportive environment for staff.

📋 Key responsibilities:
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the café.
• Leading afternoon tea service and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Baking and developing signature cakes, breads, and pastries.
• Supporting staff management, training, and rota planning.
