💅🏿 Diva Of The Week 💅🏿

Sylvester was the flamboyant disco diva of the '70s and '80s. Earning the title as the "Queen Of Disco", for gracing us with those unmistakable high notes on anthemic disco hits such as 'You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)' and 'Do You Wanna Funk?'.

The Queen became a key member of the 'Disquotays', a group of black cross-dressers and transgender women. Whilst also providing vocals for the avant-garde drag troupe 'The Cockettes'. Sylvester's contribution to the LGBTQ community and beyond is remarkable, even years after his passing in 2014 Sylvester was inducted into the Rainbow Honor Walk.

So in the words of this week's Disco Diva ... Do You Wanna F**K with us next Friday? 🕺🏿
