We’ve had an absolutely amazing time over the past 8 years here.
If I could do it all again, I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. We’ve been incredibly lucky to welcome visitors from all over the UK to this small town, with Europa / Revival hosting not just events, but truly becoming part of the local community.

From unforgettable nights to lifelong memories — it’s been a journey I’ll always be proud of.
Now, as I move into some exciting new projects, it feels like the right time to move on and start thinking about what’s next for the building ,so I’m putting this out there and opening the door to ideas.

Available for Rent !!

📍 Just off Leeds Road, near Nelson Town Centre, the property is a fully refurbished two-storey premises with huge flexibility:

Ground floor: Bar, pool room & WCs

First floor: Large function room with its own bar & WCs
Gas central heating throughout
Close to local amenities and retailers

While it remains immediately suitable for a pub or bar operator, ideally alternative uses would be more beneficial, including:

Mixed-use retail / residential conversion (subject to planning)
I’m open to ideas, conversations, and opportunities — if you’ve got a vision, let’s talk.
