Head Chef Salvo Ferlito.

Young, already sure of his hand, and creative enough to take traditional Italian recipes and turn them into contemporary dishes.
That approach runs through the new CUCINA menu.
Starters, handmade pasta, mains.
Two plates from it: -Carbonara Focaccia. Fried egg yolk, pecorino cream, guanciale. -Porchetta Burger. Pork belly in a pizza-dough bun, roasted peppers, caramelised onions, Taleggio, rocket, balsamic glaze.

A selector, researcher and broadcaster, The Repeat Beat Poet connects the sounds of Africa and its global diaspora through an all-encompassing musical vision.

Expect African, Latin and Caribbean polyrhythms, highlife horns, shimmering soukous guitars and deep afrobeat grooves, woven together with soul, jazz, disco, funk, reggae, house and timeless Black music.

A regular at the BBE Store, Soho Radio and The Boat Pod, with appearances at the London Jazz Festival, NTS Radio and dancefloors across Europe, Loose Egusi delivers a selection that is as educational as it is irresistible.

LUCA SANTUCCI

Luca Santucci is a singer, producer and dj. He’s made lovely music with the likes of Leila, Plaid, Soulwax and Riton over the years but is perhaps better known recently for his collaboration with Marlow local Ben Fitzgerald under the name Stubborn Heart. Their debut album won album of the year at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Awards in 2013 and they’re currently putting the finishing touches on their latest long player. Luca spent ten years djing in various bougie bars and clubs in London’s West End which rushed him into early dj retirement a long time ago, but an invite to come along and play a vinyl-only set has got him up in the attic, back in touch with his 15,000-strong record collection and ready to go (knives and forks at the ready !). If only he could remember where he put his headphones..

After returning to London, she has continued to play at leading venues and festivals including We Out Here, Wilderness, BBE, Between The Bridges, NT’s and 100 Shoreditch, while hosting a monthly radio show at The BoAt Pod. As the founder of CAIA, one of London’s most respected listening spaces, Tim Lang has built a reputation for thoughtful, genre-spanning selections rooted in curiosity rather than convention. His sets move effortlessly through jazz, soul, disco, house and leftfield discoveries, always with the dancefloor and the listening experience equally in mind.
Alongside him is Medeea Haruki, whose refined musical taste and instinctive approach to selection complement Tim’s perfectly. Together they create a dialogue between records, moving naturally across tempos, moods and decades with elegance and restraint.
