We’ve had the whole team in today — new starters included, going through the menu top to bottom. Food, drinks, the stories behind them, and the standards that make Sip what it is. Not just what we serve, but how and why.
Because anyone can pour a drink or plate up food. Knowing why it works, what’s in it, and making sure every table gets the same level of care — that’s the bit that actually matters.
