Last week was something else — thank you to everyone who came through the door.

Monton chose quality over a sun trap last week, and we’re here for it. We never thought we’d have a TV at Sip — but the World Cup had other plans, and honestly? Best decision we’ve made. Our guests wanted the football done right, in the background with great drinks, delicious small pates, no chaos and no need to leave their seats.

We have three new additions to our summer specials — and we think you’re going to love them.

Frozen Piña Colada — caramelised condensed milk, coconut milk, skin-on lime. Toasted, zesty, tropical. Like no Piña Colada you’ve had before.

Sangria — organic honey, warm spices, fizzy Fanta. Light, fragrant and dangerously easy to drink.

We caramelise the condensed milk for that toasted depth — none of that basic sweetness here. Skin-on lime brings the zest and oils as well as the natural sweetness from the juice.
