Marinated in a homemade blend of spicy harissa, sweet pomegranate molasses and natural yoghurt, our locally sourced lamb is combined with fresh chillies and mint, before being slow cooked to perfection for four hours. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Served on freshly made flatbread (made daily in house), seasoned giant couscous, peppery rocket, cooling mint mayo, and juicy pomegranates. ๐Ÿฅ™
