In celebration of International Women's Day we are collaborating with The DBA to bring you a fantastic line-up of local women in music and arts scene.

Our goal is to bring together the local community, foster connections and celebrate the women of Manchester and around the globe, whilst raising money for a good cause.

All proceeds raised are going to MASH stands by women who are s*x working or experiencing challenges like homelessness or gender-based violence.
MASH started with a small team of dedicated volunteers who were passionate about doing something proactive to support people who were s*x working in Manchester. It began in 1991, during the height of the HIV and Aids crisis.

MASH support women who are s*x working:

-In their welcoming and non-judgemental drop-in centre on Fairfield Street, Manchester city centre.
-Through the in-house clinic run by their fantastic nurse.
-By bringing MASH to you via our street outreach team and MASH van.

MASH can help you with:
-Setting up a bank account
-Reporting a crime
-Attending an appointment
-Applying for a course
-Filling in forms

and many more services.

B.L.O.O.M. and The DBA link up to celebrate International Women's Day, by bringing together the women of Manchester in support of MASH.

An evening honouring the women in arts and music, raising money for Manchester Action on Street Health.

Featuring:
•⁠ ⁠Open decks - for the local women eager to try their hand at mixing on a club set-up. Beginner DJs welcome as this session is facilitated by and , there to offer a helping hand if needed.
•⁠ ⁠DJs - showcasing local electronic music talent •⁠ ⁠Photography exhibitions (keep an eye out for artist reveal this Sunday)
•⁠ ⁠Crafts fair
