On Sunday 28 June, the team from Hey Palu are taking over the bar, bringing their award-winning approach to cocktails for a full evening of drinks, music, and good company from one of the UK's Top 50 bars.

Start the afternoon with co-owner Alex Palumbo at 4pm for an intimate seminar, where he'll share the inspiration, techniques, and stories behind one of the UK's most celebrated cocktail bars.

From 7pm, we'll be serving a bespoke menu of Hey Palu signatures and takeover specials, before our DJ, takes things into the night ๐ŸŒ™
